A: Yes, we are a direct factory established in 2007, with 19 years of experience. We hold GJB 9001C-2017, EU CE, ISO 14001, and have passed Intertek onsite verification. Factory direct ensures competitive pricing, strict quality control, and stable supply.
2. Q: What is the wind and snow load capacity? Can you provide engineering reports?+
A: Wind resistance: 80–120 km/h; snow load: 0.5–0.75 kN/m². We provide structural calculation reports.
3. Q: Is the fabric fire-retardant? Do you have test certificates?+
A: Yes. Our PVC fabric is DIN4102 B1 (M2) certified and SGS-tested, self-extinguishing.
4. Q: What frame material do you use? How do you ensure quality before shipment?+
A: We use GB6061/T6 aviation-grade aluminum alloy, 4-channel extruded and anodized. Material certificates are available.
5. Q: What is the service life of the tent?+
A: Aluminum frame: up to 25 years; PVC fabric: 10+ years with proper maintenance. We offer discounted replacement fabric when needed.
6. Q: Can I customize size, color, sidewalls, and height?+
A: 100% customizable, with a span of 3–80 m, unlimited length, adjustable height, and a choice of colors and five sidewall materials: PVC (white/transparent), pre-painted steel sheet, rock wool panel, ABS, and glass wall.
7. Q: Can the tent be installed on different ground surfaces?+
A: We provide three fixing methods: expansion bolts (for concrete – pre-drilling required), steel stakes (for grass, sand, or mud), and ballast plates (for nondamageable surfaces).
8. Q: What is the MOQ and lead time?+
A: No strict MOQ – 1 set is acceptable. Standard models: 15–20 days; custom orders: 30-40days , depending on specifications.
9. Q: What is your warranty and after-sales support?+
A: 1-year warranty, lifetime technical support, and long-term supply of spare parts. We provide manuals and videos; on-site technician dispatch is available upon request.
10. Q: How do I assemble the tent? Do you offer installation guidance?+
A: We supply detailed instruction manuals and assembly videos. For large or complex projects, we can send an experienced technician to your site to supervise or train your team.
